Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan), was the daughter of Wayne David Cardellini (a businessman) in Redwood City. Her parents are Italian (from a paternal grandfather), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda was born in San Francisco Bay and grew to be the youngest of four children. Acting became her passion as a ten year old when she played a role as a singer in an annual school Christmas performance. Also, she performed in school plays as well as community stage productions. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School, Mountain View in California. At the time of her graduation, she had choose among New York, where she could pursue theater, or Los Angeles, where film as well as television could be pursued. She chose LA. Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actor from England. Her professional career started in the year 2010 when she appeared in the British TV series Just William, in which she attended London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her breakout moment came in the year 2015 when she was cast in the role of lead in Cinderella, a fantasy film. Her previous roles included the role of Lady Rose MacClare as part of the period series Downton Abbey. James went on portraying the role of Countess Natasha Rostova for the television adaptation War & Peace (2016). He also starred as Baby Driver (2017) and in period dramatics Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (18) as well as The Dig (2021), and in musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her performance as Pamela Anderson in the biographical series Pam & Tommy (2022) received nominations for a Golden Globe and a Primetime Emmy Award.
