Shawnee Smith, an American performer and musician is best known for her part in the Saw movie series. The series also calls her"The "scream Queen" due to the numerous horror movies that she's appeared in. In addition, she is famous for her role in The Stand, it is a remake of the book of the same title written by Stephen King. She has appeared in several television shows like "Cagney and Lacey Married with Children', Murder, She Wrote, and Players. She toured Europe and America with the punk/metal 'Fydolla H' group during the decade of 2000. She played in 'Smith & Pyle', a rock band from the desert. group that included actress Missi Pyle. Their first album, It Ok to be Happy, was recorded in Joshua Tree. Their acting career as well as their personal lives led to the breakup of the band. Shawnee has a good command of many musical instruments like the piano, the drums, guitar. She has also performed solo on the soundtrack to 'Catacombs.
